Merino wool, silk, beads. This piece was created in March 2020 out of a creative challenge sent by one of my beloved teachers Fiona Duthie. The theme reminded me that despite the hard truth of being unable to travel to my native country and hug my family and friends, love holds a force that is so strong and manages to make me feel connected to my loved ones regardless of distance.
