Beach Madrona

Beach Madrona invites you into a light, breezy coastal moment. Rendered in paper rather than paint, this colourful piece features a stylized madrona (arbutus) perched on a rock, its presence both grounded and luminous. Behind the tree, the ocean opens into a quiet horizon, bringing air, movement, and a sense of summer ease to the scene.

Cut paper and coated with a UV varnish. Like all my pieces, it's built on a deep box canvas.
